Si, somos una empresa totalmente artesana, lo que nos permite personalizarle la mesa totalmente a su gusto o necesidades tanto en tamaño como en color e incluso con cambios en el diseño
¿ PUEDO REGULARLA A LA ALTURA QUE YO QUIERA ?
SI, Nuestro sistema (patentado) le permite poner la mesa a la altura que desee, la altura mínima es de 47 cm y la máxima alcanza hasta 83cm, entre esas dos medidas usted puede ponerla a la altura que quiera.
¿ DE QUE MATERIAL ESTAN HECHAS?
Nuestras mesas son de hierro forjado de la más alta calidad y hechas a mano de manera artesanal, lo que garantizan su durabilidad de por vida.
¿ EL CRISTAL Y EL TABLERO DE MADERA PARA INVIERNO VAN INCLUIDOS CON LA MESA?
Si , servimos la mesa completa con el cristal y el tablero para invierno
¿PUEDO ELEGIR SI LA QUIERO PARA BRASERO O PARA RADIADOR?
Si, cualquier modelo podemos hacérselo con el alojamiento tanto para brasero como para radiador , la medida que solemos darle al hueco para el radiador es de 50×30 , si necesita otra medida nos lo indica y se lo hacemos a la medida que nos pida.
¿PUEDO ELEGIR EL COLOR DE LA MESA?
Si, le hacemos cualquier modelo en el color que quiera de nuestra carta de colores.
¿EL CRISTAL OCUPA TODA LA MESA?
Si, el cristal va encima de la mesa y es de la misma medida que la mesa con el fin que pueda utilizar el mismo cristal en invierno y en verano.
¿ SE PUEDE ROMPERE EL CRISTAL CON EL CALOR DEL BRASERO O RADIADOR?
No, el cristal es de un grueso de 8mm y además en invierno se coloca el tablero de madera bajo la ropa de camilla con lo cual lo aísla del calor.
¿AL SER DE HIERRO NO SE CALENTARÁ MUCHO CON EL CALOR DEL BRASERO?
No tiene de que preocuparse, el hierro no cogerá nunca mas temperatura que la que tiene bajo la mesa.
¿QUE ES EL REPOSAPIES EXTRAIBLE?
Es un elemento (Opcional) que se quita y se pone, suele utilizarse solamente en invierno para poner los pies en alto lo que resulta muy cómodo y confortable.
¿PUEDO PEDIRLO UNA VEZ QUE TENGA LA MESA EN MI CASA?
No, el reposapiés es un elemento que tenemos que hacerlo a la vez que hacemos la mesa para que quede perfectamente acoplado, una vez que tenga la mesa en su casa no podremos hacérselo.
¿ENVIAN LA MESA A MI CASA?
Sí, enviamos a cualquier punto de España y el envío es gratis.
¿COMO PUEDO HACER MI PEDIDO?
El pedido puede hacerlo por la web o por teléfono y a la vez que tomamos nota de su pedido resolvemos personalmente cualquier duda que pueda tener.
¿QUE TIEMPO TARDAN EN SERVIR EL PEDIDO?
El plazo de entrega es de 20-25 días una vez realizado el pedido, tenga en cuenta que la haremos una vez recibido su pedido con el fin de poder personalizarla a su gusto.
